I have been to my doctor today, and she gave me prochlorperazine for my vertigo and dizziness, took one this morning and they made me very tired .also 'i have a headache now. not a bad one

There are other drugs that can be tried for vertigo(meclizine, dramamine) but they may also have the side effects of fatigue. If it is helping your vertigo stick with it a little longer to see if your body becomes tolerant to it.
